Vitality Beauty Bar knows you are tired of spending time and money on disappointing products.  We have done the groundwork on professional skin care products and lifestyle accessories for you.  We only stock exceptional products that we love to use and know you will adore. 

As you would expect, we only offer the best Australian, cruelty free products in our treatments and lifestyle store.

We hand pick a beautiful selection of gorgeous and practical gifts, sourced from Australia’s best boutique small businesses.  You will always find something different for your family, friends and loved ones.  We constantly change our gift stock to keep things interesting and we will attractively gift wrap a present for your too.

 

 

Prior to your scheduled appointment

We send new clients to the salon a consultation form to complete online, please complete this form prior to your appointment.

Arriving late may result in your allocated time being reduced, or we may not be able to honour your appointment in the time remaining. It is essential that you contact us if you will be running late so that we can try to accommodate you.

 

Mobile Phones  

We don’t have a mobile phone policy because we know people are busy multitaskers.  We only ask you to be respectful of other clients by keeping your voice low and keeping your call as brief as possible.  Please switch off your phone ringer,  Shhhh…. 

 

 

Booking Considerations and Cancellation Policy

When you book a treatment at Vitality Beauty Bar whether on line or over the phone, we are allocating time and a therapist just for you.  Therefore, we require a 50% deposit to secure all bookings. 

We endeavor to send you a confirmation message 3 days prior to your appointment to allow you ample time to change your appointment if needed.  Please do not use this message as the only means of remembering your appointment. 

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. We kindly request 24 hours notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. By providing 24 hours notice, your deposit will be transferred to your next booking, or refunded. If you don’t provide us with 24 hours notice, or you fail to turn up for your appointment, your deposit will be automatically forfeited.   You may, however, send a friend or family member in your place.

Upon booking an appointment, you agree to these conditions. Thank you for your understanding.

 

We always encourage you to rebook your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to enable you to secure a day and time that suits YOU!  We do however run a Wait List every day.  Should you require a different time than the appointment you have secured, or you would like an appointment on a fully booked day, then put your name on the Wait List.  We’ll let you know if your desired time becomes available.
