Shipping

Vitality Beauty Bar offers AU$12.00 Flat Rate Shipping within Australia for all online purchases and if you spend over $110 we will ship for free (excluding yoga mats and select large items)  

You have the option during making your order, to choose shipping or pick up in store.

We use Australia Post to send all packages and make every effort to dispatch orders within 24 hours of payment receipt. We do not ship on Victorian and Australian Public Holidays.  We cannot ship overseas.

Refunds and Returns

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.  However, we will consider exchange of your items with a receipt that is no more than 2 weeks old and if your items are in perfect sale condition.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.  This is when the item:

- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

- is unsafe

- is significantly different from the sample or description

- doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.

Refunds will only be honoured on faulty products, in which they will need to be returned to the store for testing withing 2 weeks of purchase.

No change of mind on sale items

Payment

All online orders require immediate payment via Credit Card or Paypal.  Items are not reserved in your cart until the order is submitted and finalised.  No products will be released without full payment.

Pricing Policy

Prices are shown on the site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.  Prices are subject to change effective immediately upon posting on the site or other form or notification.

Acceptance of your order or booking

Once you have made your choice and your order or booking has been placed, you will receive an email acknowleging the details or your order or booking.  This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we are received it.

Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Vitality Beauty Bar will be completed when we email to confirm the goods have been dispatched and have been handed over to Australia Post.

Intended Use

By placing an order with Vitality Beauty Bar, you agree to use the products only for their intended purpose.  If you use the products for any other purpose, you will assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of its use.
